Journal Prompts — Immediately after purchase you will begin receiving a curated email series with resources, journal prompts, and tips for preparing.

Crafting the Locket — The Locket will ship on X day. The next release is slated for XXX.

Group Calls — The next group call is XXX. For privacy, it is not recorded, you must be able to attend the session live.

1:1 Ceremony Counsel Sessions — The package is split into two sessions, one for ceremony planning, and one for integration after you have done your ceremony. These can be booked via our online calendar (a link to book will be sent to you when you purchase).

Lifetime Warranty — We guarantee our rings to be free of manufacturing defects upon delivery. We cover the cost of all repairs on your mounting, including free replacement of small stones (under 2mm).

Center stones (diamond/sapphire/other) are not included in this warranty and would need to be covered by way of your own insurance, we recommend looking into Jeweler's Mutual or inquiring with your home or renter's insurance coverage. 

Warranty is valid for normal advisable wear (including annual service appointments), if the ring is noticeably damaged by way of being bent or showing improper care we will repair the ring at cost.

Care Service — Regular maintance does wonders to prevent serious repair work. We offer two service plans which include a deep cleaning, inspection of prongs and stones, refinishing, and retipping (when appropriate).

• In-Person Service plan $300 for unlimited annual visits.
• Remote Service plan is $500 and includes unlimited annual round-trip overnight shipments using our concierge insured method. It is a white glove service that ensures that you get your package to us and returned to you safely.

Made to order items — Ring mountings and fine jewelry are eligible for return/ exchange/ store credit within 7 days of receipt with 10% restock fee - unless exchanging for an item of greater value. Center stones over 0.25ct are not eligible for return, you can however upgrade or exchange your center stone into a new design.

Exchanges — Exchange your center stone into a new mounting for a flat $500 fee - this covers all the production and labor to swap your item out of it's current setting and reset it into a new design. Please allow our regular timelines for production.

Upgrades — You can upgrade your stone at anytime, as long as your new purchase exceeds your original purchase by 20%. Your original purchase will be returned to us for a credit of the original value, to be applied to your new purchase.
