This appointment is good for 1-2 people, so feel free to bring a friend, lover, mom, sister, or other person to be there with you - for moral support or to partake in getting permanent jewelry too. There is no limit to the number of pieces per appointment, so go wild!

If you have more that 2 people in your group, please book multiple appointments (each good for 1-2 people).

We offer walk ins most Fridays, but often we sell out before the day of our events. Walk-ins are only allowed if we don't sell out on an event and it usually involves waiting to be serviced. We highly recommend you book your appointment once the dates are released.

Appointment slots are for 30 minutes - most permanent jewelry businesses book you for 10-15 minutes. We prefer to give you enough time to choose without any pressure, enjoy the process, and engage with an optional ritual or tarot reading to create a deeper, more meaningful experience.

Yes, we require a $60 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final jewelry purchase.

Our pricing varies based on the type and length of the chain. We offer a rotating stock of 14k yellow and white recycled gold, Fairmined Gold, and vintage chain. Here’s a general pricing guide:

• Bracelets: $130 - $550
• Necklaces: $250 - $1000
• Anklets: $185 - $620

Chains are subject to availability.

We love reusing forgotten items from our own jewelry collections, so if you prefer to bring your own 14k or 18k chain, there is a flat $100 fee for the weld.

Easy! Most chains can be cut with plain scissors or nail clippers for safe removal.

Yes, there should be no problem getting through TSA with fine jewelry.

Yes, for most medical procedures you can leave it on. The only exception is for MRIs, in which case we can re-weld it to you.

We ensure your piece is fully welded on you and there are no issues with the chain on the day of your appointment. You have 7 days coverage to ensure the weld is strong.

Please keep in mind that all jewelry is fragile, and when enough pressure is applied to the chain or if it gets caught somewhere, the chain can break.

Get in touch with us if you need a repair. We will inspect the chain before re-welding it on you and make sure there are no issues with the chain. Most repairs are $15 but if the integrity of the chain has been compromised or if it has overstretched then you will need to purchase a new chain.

We don't offer replacements on broken or lost pieces. If your piece is lost you will need to purchase a replacement. 

All sales are final, since we custom cut and measure to fit your body.

For a deeper clean, soak your jewelry in warm water with a mild dish soap, then gently scrub with a soft toothbrush. Rinse and dry thoroughly. We also have cleaning cloths you can take home on a complimentary basis.

2. Be Mindful of Activities:
Be careful with jewelry while engaging in activities that may subject it to excessive force or impact.

3. Avoid Harsh Chemicals:
The biggest culprit of unwanted discoloration is mineral make ups, lotions and sunscreens. Try to avoid contact with your jewelry. Keep other harsh chemicals away from your jewelry like bleach, dye, perfume, and hairspray.

4. Regular Inspections:
Check your jewelry regularly for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice anything amiss, bring it to us for repair to prevent further damage.
