The tapered version of our mitsuro style band- it lays flat and has a thinner back making it comfortable for all hand shapes.

An ancient Japanese wax technique, Mitsuro Hikime was originally developed using earthen elements like pine resin and beeswax to create a stretchy wax that striates like the leaves of bamboo. Creating mitsuro requires an open mind that is flexible, agile and never overly attached to outcome, as well as steady hands that can draw out a material consistently. These rings are like little poems to the present moment.

This is our floor sample that we are liquidating as a part of our closing sale - it was crafted with the same attention to detail and love as all our designs, with heart and care for the planet.
