Step 3: Approval & Payment — Most designs you cannot purchase directly online - you must Book Now with our team. After your call, you will be sent a personalized invoice to pay for your project in full, which can be paid using whatever method works best for you.

Step 4: Production — Wait with anticipation for 6-10 weeks for your project to be completed. If you are going through Counsel, you will have contemplations and assignments to work through.

Step 5: Delivery — Come pick it up at our Sebastopol location or receive via our Concierge overnight insured shipping.

Add private counsel with Kate Ellen — For folks who would like to enhance their ring design by getting direct counsel in a private session, either individually or as a couple.

The immersive experience begins with a thorough vision intake, then a Zoom meeting to receive personalized guidance and support as you explore your intentions, emotions, and aspirations— and how to transmute that into material form to be worn and cherished. Kate will assist you in creating a meaningful design tailored to your needs, ensuring that your journey is as profound as the jewelry itself.

Each ring is lovingly crafted by hand with the utmost attention to detail. Once an order is placed, approved and paid for in full, expect 4-8 weeks for production time.

Resizing your ring — A true fit makes or breaks the feel and functionality of your ring. All purchases include one complimentary fitting and resizing.

Lifetime Warranty — We guarantee our rings to be free of manufacturing defects upon delivery. We cover the cost of all repairs on your mounting for the first year, including free replacement of small stones (under 2mm). Thereafter, repair costs are passed through to you at a discounted rate.

Center stones (diamond/sapphire/other) are not included in this warranty and would need to be covered by way of your own insurance, we recommend looking into Jeweler's Mutual or inquiring with your home or renter's insurance coverage. 

Warranty is valid for normal advisable wear which includes adherence to annual service appointments. If the ring is noticeably damaged by way of being bent or showing improper care we will repair the ring at cost.

Annual Care Membership — All our clients are asked to participate in care of their jewelry. Regular maintenance does wonders to prevent serious repair work and heartbreaks.

We offer two service plans which include a deep cleaning, inspection of prongs and stones, refinishing, and retipping (when appropriate). Choose between:

Annual Care appointments are required for your Lifetime Warranty to stay active and valid. If 16 months lapses between care appointments, your Lifetime Warranty becomes void.

Made to order items — Ring mountings and fine jewelry are eligible for return/ exchange/ store credit within 7 days of receipt with 10% restock fee - unless exchanging for an item of greater value. Center stones over 0.25ct are not eligible for return, you can however upgrade or exchange your center stone into a new design with a flat rebuild fee (this fee varies).

Upgrades — You can upgrade your stone at anytime, as long as your new purchase exceeds your original purchase by 20%. Your original purchase will be returned to us for a credit of the original value, to be applied to your new purchase.
