Annual Care Membership — In Person
When we invest time, energy, and care into our relationship - it shines - and same goes for your ring. We recommend an annual visit to have a deep cleaning, an inspection of all the elements of your design, and optional refinishing. Your ring will be assessed for any repair work that might head-off any losses in the future, like re-tipping your prongs or making sure your shank is in true round.
Our Lifetime Warranty is contingent upon attending your annual inspections each year, missing more than 16 consecutive months voids the Warranty agreement. These appointments are crucial for ensuring the longevity of your ring.
We highly recommend creating an annual ritual around your appointment - make it a date, a self-care day, a reminder to invest in the radiance of your relationship.
In-Person Option — For our local friends, your membership will renew on your purchase date each year, at which time you will receive:
- a link to book a time to come into the shop to drop off your ring for your care appointment.
- Most appointments can take place same-day, occasionally for deeper repair work we will keep the ring for 7-10 days.
Remote Option — If you live outside our local area, we can still service your ring each year via our Concierge Overnight Shipping program, the fee your your membership is applied to creating a fully insured overnight label to us, and then back to you once your ring has been inspected and cleaned.
Your annual membership will renew on your purchase date each year, at which time you will receive:
- a link to book a time to ship your ring to us
- followed by a pre-paid third-party insured label with overnight service and instructions on how to pack your box
- Our concierge will walk you through tracking your package as it comes and goes to us, ensuring that it makes a safe journey.
- Most appointments can take place same-day, occasionally for deeper repair work we will keep the ring for 7-10 days.
Appointments will usually are done same day they arrive in the shop by drop off, sometimes as quickly as 20 minutes.
Remote packages are delivered to us in the afternoons and usually will be ready to ship back within 2 business days.
Occasionally, we will hold your item for deeper repairs for 7-10 business days.
